Privacy notice
This notice explains how Agile Solutions processes the personal data you send us through the contact form and job applications on this website.
Who is responsible for your data
Agile Solutions (222 Ahmad Rajabli St., Baku, Azerbaijan) is the controller of your personal data, which means we are responsible for how it is processed. For any question about your data, write to office@agilesolutions.az.
What data we collect
- Contact form: your name, e-mail address, subject and message.
- Job applications: your name, e-mail address, phone number, message and CV.
Why we use it
- To reply to your enquiry.
- To assess your application for a vacancy.
Legal basis
We process your data on the basis of the consent you give in the form, in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan “On Personal Data” (No. 998-IIIQ).
How we protect it
Submissions travel to us in encrypted form. CVs are scanned for viruses and stored encrypted. Access is limited to authorized staff.
The forms are protected against spam by a small computational task that your browser solves. The check runs on our own server: no third-party service is involved and no data is passed to anyone.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and applications for 12 months and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask us for access to your data, for its correction or deletion, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To do so, write to office@agilesolutions.az.
