Internal Migration Information Management System, external user portals (e-registration, residence and work permits, extension of stay), integrations with partner organizations and third parties, ongoing support and maintenance.
Challenge
The State Migration Service of Azerbaijan needed one information system for internal migration management and for the online services it provides to users. The system also had to be connected with partner organizations and third parties.
Solution
We developed VMMS, the Unified Migration Information System. It combines the internal Migration Information Management System with external user portals for e-registration, residence and work permits and extension of stay, together with integrations with partner organizations and third parties.
The system is built on .NET, Angular and Oracle, with REST and WCF services.
Result
VMMS is one of our first e-government systems, started in 2016, and was followed by the MigAz mobile app. Our team continues to provide ongoing support and maintenance.
